Here's my proposition: we make a portrait piece based on the greyscale photograph below by Richard Avedon. The challenge would be coming up with an interesting flesh tones and treatment while preserving the value structure of the initial photograph. One rule: you have to start with colours, not colourizing a greyscale painting. Go crazy, go beyond your comfort zone and post your results, successful or not!
